"When one person's rights are being violated, everyone's rights are being violated."
These were the words of David Boim's father to him when he was a teen.
David is a civil rights activist, anti-war Activist, women's rights activist, and a speaker leveling the playing field for women in business and life.

"We have people arguing about pronouns and transgender bathrooms. Really? Do women and those men who support leveling the playing field for women believe these arguments will achieve this goal?" Boim questions.
So, what must we do to achieve this goal?
"To level the playing field for women in business, women (and their supporters) must level the playing field in life. Those in power want those who seek power to fight among themselves around cultural issues and fear. Let's discuss the real fight - gaining political and economic power for those who do not have it," Boim noted/
