The Fight For Equality! Activist David Boim Shares Historical POV and What Needs to Happen

"When one person's rights are being violated, everyone's rights are being violated."

These were the words of David Boim's father to him when he was a teen.

David is a civil rights activist, anti-war Activist, women's rights activist, and a speaker leveling the playing field for women in business and life.

• Women's Sunday was a suffragette march and rally held in London on 21 June 1908
• Black Friday was a suffragette demonstration in London on 18 November 1910, in which women marched to the Houses of Parliament as part of their campaign to secure voting rights for women. The day earned its name from the violence meted out to protesters, some of it sexual, by the Metropolitan Police and male bystanders.
• On March 3, 1913, the day before Woodrow Wilson's presidential inauguration, thousands of women marched along Pennsylvania Avenue--the same route that the inaugural parade would take the next day--in a procession organized by the National American Woman Suffrage Association.

"We have people arguing about pronouns and transgender bathrooms. Really? Do women and those men who support leveling the playing field for women believe these arguments will achieve this goal?" Boim questions.

So, what must we do to achieve this goal? 

"To level the playing field for women in business, women (and their supporters) must level the playing field in life. Those in power want those who seek power to fight among themselves around cultural issues and fear. Let's discuss the real fight - gaining political and economic power for those who do not have it," Boim noted/
